Fascination // a poem

Spring Clearing the Way for Imaginations

  Stroll by, look around, look up, look down, see? yesterday’s rain collected some stars pooled on the ground moving to currents from children on scooters passing by, heavy footfalls of runners, finishing their miles, and curious squirrels and sparrows, exploring the new waterfront in the park by my house.

Just walking down my street, I have seen light purple and white tulips with curved, turned out ends, like done-up hair of 50’s poodle-skirt wearing girls.
