look around,
look up,
look down,
see?
yesterday’s rain
collected some stars
pooled on the ground
moving to currents
from children on scooters
passing by,
heavy footfalls of runners,
finishing their miles,
and curious squirrels and sparrows,
exploring the new waterfront
in the park by my house.
