Dairy Free Chocolate Blended Shake 

We have had rounds of end of summer illness around here, and the need for cool, smooth drinks or warm tea has been ongoing. 

Since lots of dairy is not a good idea generally when one is sick, I wanted to make a yummy treat. 

Chocolate Coconut Milk frozen dessert- 3 scoops 

   
Banana – one! 

 
2 cups
