Mixed Media – Photopoetry in a New Light

The afternoon makes shadow art on my walls

I look,

then briefly

so fleetly

light hides behind something

I cannot see,

it dances past

and on the wall-

can it be?

what’s on the table

now on the wall,

framed so fitly!

What - What's that I see?

Brightly imprinting, a basket of fruit, a cake stand

the image, fading, fleetly floating...an impression at best.

playful afternoon light's mischief, fading
