I don’t often put together shopping guides. but in the case of clean beauty, this is a part of healthy, non-toxic living that I feel strongly about and love sharing with you. My Wellness Adventure

I wrote about my wellness adventure at its roots before, and over time, what some refer to as the Clean Beauty Revolution has now become mainstream and people are demanding to know and take ownership over not only what they ingest, but what we put on our largest organ – our skin. Fragrances, chemicals you can’t pronounce and can’t readily identify, potential carcinogens and irritants aren’t required to make quality products. Every day, we’re exposed to adverse exposures that are out of our control (it isn’t common to leave one’s house in a (BPA-free) bubble to protect from pollutants and toxins). Where you do have control, I recommend learning about your personal care and finding alternatives that work.

Where do I stand in all this? I advocate awareness and gentle substitutions when and wherever possible to better-for-you alternatives.
